Useful information about the country you will visit
Climate :
The region’s climate is characterised by large and varied temperature variations, with hot days and cool nights. However, temperatures remain favourable due to the dry air. We have chosen the period from October to April for our tours, which offers the best desert climate away from the summer heat. In October, it can still be hot (30 to 35 degrees Celsius), while from November to February the daytime temperature is around 20 degrees Celsius and at night between 5 and 10 degrees Celsius.
Essential things to have with you when you travel:
-1 warm sleeping bag, as the nights are relatively cool, and a drinking bottle
-1 headlamp
-Personal first-aid kit.
-A small rucksack for storing your personal items when you’re on the move.
-Sunglasses.
-Walking shoes (you can find sandproof trekking shoes at Decathlon)
Formality:
–Visa issued on arrival at your final destination.
–Valid passport 6 months after date of return.
Cancellation fees
Should you be obliged to withdraw from your trip before its commencement (departure date), you must notify ZAZER TRAVEL thereof as soon as possible by any written means capable of producing an acknowledgement of receipt. The written notice will be deemed to have been issued on the date of cancellation, and cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with the scale below:
Jusqu’à 21 jours avant la date de départ : 30 % du prix total du voyage
15 days before the departure date: 50% of the total cost of the trip
Up to 7 days prior to departure date: 75% of the total price of the trip
3 days before the departure date: 100% of the total price of the trip
Formalità:
-Per le persone che non hanno il passaporto algerino, il visto verrà consegnato all’arrivo alla destinazione finale.
-Passaporto valido 6 mesi dopo la data di rientro.
Ps: L’agenzia ZAZER TRAVEL si occupa della presentazione della pratica da parte dell’autorità competente, che consente di ottenere il VISTO entro 20 giorni e valido fino a un mese.
Indispensabile prima della tua parte:
-1 sacco a pelo caldo, sapendo che le notti sono relativamente fresche più una borraccia
-1 lampada frontale.
-Farmacia personale.
-Un piccolo zaino per riporre i tuoi effetti personali durante
viaggio.
-Occhiali da sole.
-Un paio di scarpe da trekking (le scarpe da trekking antisabbia le trovi da Decathlon)
SPESE DI CANCELLAZIONE
Se è necessario annullare il viaggio prima della partenza prevista, è obbligatorio avvisare ZAZER TRAVEL il più presto possibile tramite un mezzo di comunicazione scritta che garantisca la ricevuta. La data di emissione della comunicazione sarà considerata come data di annullamento per l’applicazione delle penali di annullamento secondo la tabella di seguito presentata:
-Fino a 21 giorni prima della data di partenza: 30% del prezzo totale del viaggio
-15 giorni prima della data di partenza: 50% del prezzo totale del viaggio
-Meno di 7 giorni prima della data di partenza: 75% del prezzo totale del viaggio
-3 giorni prima della data di partenza: 100% del prezzo totale del viaggio
