Explore the breathtaking and intimate landscapes of the Mauritanian Adrar during this exceptional 16-day adventure. From the starkness of Guelb er Richat to the enchanting gentleness of the Maghter dunes, this journey offers a comprehensive panorama of a region often overlooked. Cross Guelb er Richat before reaching the northeast edge of Adrar, where deep gorges reveal the El Beyyed circus. In the background, the Erg Maghter unfolds its powerful dunes, overlooking the inselberg of Aderg.
This route, made possible through years of reconnaissance and partnership with the Amgarij nomads, reveals unsuspected places and hidden springs. Since our first encounter in 1994, a shared "life" has been woven, based on mutual trust and friendship. Together, we discover places that were once kept secret, in a context where the stakes have evolved, leaving room for the peaceful discovery of vast Mauritanian territories.
Elevated level :
Departing from Wadane, this camel trek, at an elevated level, promises a total immersion. Complete isolation, water points dependent on nomadic presence, this adventure takes us far off the beaten track.
Excellent physical and psychological fitness is required, with sustained stages of 5 to 8 hours of walking per day. A challenge for those ready to explore the unexplored, to experience the authenticity of the vast Mauritanian landscapes.

Formality:
-For people who do not hold an Algerian passport, the visa will be issued when you arrive at your final destination.
-Valid passport 6 months after date of return.
Note: ZAZZER TRAVEL agency is responsible for submitting the file to the competent authorities, allowing the visa to be obtained within 20 days and valid for up to one month.
Essential things to have with you:
-1 warm sleeping bag, knowing that the nights are relatively cold, and a drinking bottle
-1 head torch.
-Personal first-aid kit.
-A small rucksack to keep your belongings safe when you’re on the move.
-Sunglasses.
-Walking shoes ( you can find sandproof trekking shoes at Decathlon)
CANCELLATION FEES
Should you need to cancel your trip before its scheduled departure, you must notify ZAZER TRAVEL as soon as possible by a written communication method that guarantees an acknowledgement of receipt. For the purposes of applying cancellation charges, the date on which the written notice is issued will be considered to be the date of cancellation in accordance with the scale shown below:
Up to 21 days before the departure date: 30% of the total price of the trip
15 days before departure: 50% of the total cost of the trip
If less than 7 days before the departure date: 75% of the total price of the trip
3 days before the departure date: 100% of the total price of the trip
